I hope there are a few intimate venues again this summer. Penn's Peak and the Sherman Theater were intense last year!

Penns Peak was GREAT...Sherman=too damn hot...

Sherman was absolutely a hell hole temperature wise, but that first set is the stuff of legend within the realm of this band. Hottest show I've been too since the Chicago PLF run in 2007, maybe hotter...

Charter One Pavilion---Chicago

Saw Phil here a couple of times and fell in love with this awesome Lakeside venue with that great backdrop of Downtown...

eatin crab at MERRIWEATHER POST. haha. It would be a bit of a drive for me to get there but I love that place.

Saw my first dead show and many many others over the years. Some years the cops are a holes there, other years they don't seem to bother anyone. Haven't been there recently, wonder how uptight it is currently? The surrounding community (Columbia, MD) has fought hard for many years to shut down the place, but somehow they keep chugging along.

Oh yeah! Nelson Ledges Quarry Park would be awesome, but probably too small, Also in Ohio, Camping, swimming, Family friendly, totally laid back, awesome place. DSO plays there every 4th of July, Mickey Hart has been there a couple times, as well as Bill Kreutzman, in fact Im pretty sure 7 Walkers will be there this 4th of July.

Not sure they do ANY type of shows there any more... or if they do, their promotion/publicity is awful.
